How We Work

THE GREAT SOUTHERN WILLS WAY

We’re a small, family-run law firm that shows real empathy, compassion, and care to our clients. We spend a lot of time getting to know you and guarantee you’ll be working with one of our Senior Lawyers the whole time (not a junior or law grad). We also want you to feel relaxed, so there’ll be no fancy suits and sports cars, no billable hours and no confusing documents. We’re as down-to-earth as it gets, explaining everything to you in plain English so you have all the knowledge you need to make the best decision for you and your family. Below is our 6-step process and it all starts with reaching out for a conversation.

Initial
Contact

The first step is getting in touch with us to start the conversation. We offer a no-obligation FREE consultation meeting & we promise it won’t be scary. You’ll be met with a friendly face or ear.

Client
Preparation

We’ll ask for your details, schedule your consultation and send you some pre-reading information to have a look through before your meeting with one of our Senior Lawyers.

Free
Consultation

When we meet for our FREE no-obligation consultation, your Lawyer will get to know you, outline what options are best for your situation & provide a fixed fee.

Document
Drafting

Wanting to proceed? After our free consultation, we’ll come back to the office and draft up all your documents within 3 weeks.

Document
Signing

Once drafted, we will meet with you to present your documents, run through everything, and pass you the pen for document signing. It’s that simple!

Ongoing Advice
& Review

We’re all about building a long-term relationship with you and we'll review your documents every 3 years to ensure they’re up to date and still reflect your wishes.
