Great Southern Wills is a boutique Wills and Estate Planning law firm based in Albany, Western Australia. We specialise in providing Wills, Estate Planning and Farm Succession Planning in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

We are a small, close-knit team with 2 lawyers and 3 administration staff. We are searching for an up and coming Wills & Estate Planning Lawyer who wants to specialise in this highly rewarding area of law.

The Role

Our ideal person will have been practising in this area of Law for at least 5 years post-admission and will primarily provide Wills and Estate Planning advice and documents to our target Family market in and around Albany. 

You will meet with clients in person or online and Empower them to formulate an Estate Plan. You will then draft and finalise documents that will provide them with Peace of Mind should something unexpected happen like incapacity or their passing.

You will be supported by a dedicated professional team and receive ongoing Estate Planning training alongside our Principal, Bernadette Duell, who has had over 20 years’ experience in this area of Law. Whilst we are a small team that does not mean you will not be able to draw on the combined experience of others in your field. 

As a Wills and Estate Planning Lawyer with Great Southern Wills you will be part of an Australia-wide network of Wills and Estate Planning specialists who will assist you in growing your expertise. We have training with this network every Thursday morning to discuss strategy and recent changes to the law.
